Within 48 hours of your profile submission, you'll receive a calendar link from Jordan directly.
The call runs 30–45 minutes. It's not a sales call. Jordan will have read everything you submitted and will come with specific questions — about the trips that moved you, the ones that didn't, what you actually want from the next one.
By the end, you'll have a direction. Often, you'll have a destination.

Your designer builds a complete itinerary — every stay, every transfer, every experience, every meal that matters. You'll receive it as a beautifully formatted document you can read like a story, not a spreadsheet.
You review it, adjust it, approve it. Then you pack.
Every booking, every confirmation, every detail is handled. If anything changes while you're traveling — a weather window, a better boat, a local festival — we handle it in real time.

How long does it take to receive an itinerary?

Most complete itineraries are delivered within 48–72 hours of your brief. Complex multi-country journeys may take up to 5 days.
Can I make changes after I receive my itinerary?

Always. Your designer will revise until it's right. There are no revision limits for Explorer and Full Access members.
What if something changes while I'm traveling?

Your designer is reachable while you're in the field. We handle rebooking, rerouting, and on-ground changes in real time.
Are flights included?

Yes — for Explorer and Full Access members. We source and book all flights, including private and business class, as part of your itinerary.
How is Meridian different from a luxury travel agency?

Agencies work on commission and steer toward partner properties. Meridian is membership-based — your designer's only incentive is your experience.
